GORGEOUS HOMES, INC HAD ABSOLUTELY NOTHING TO DO WITH THIS TRANSACTION, AS FAR AS WE ARE CONCERNED, THEY SHOULD BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR EMPLOYEES ACTIONS AND EAT THIS LOSS!!
 
JPMORGAN CHASE  BECAME A JUNIOR LENDER, WHEN KAREL DEJONG AND ALLIANCE TITLE AND ESCROW FILED TO HAVE OUR LEGAL DEED OF TRUST REMOVED, USING A DBA AS A DOCUMENT WITH ENOUGH LEGAL POWER TO MAKE SUCH A TRANSACTION.
THE IDAHO SUPREME COURT RULED IN 2017 THAT A DEED OF TRUST/MORTGAGE EXPIRATION DATE BEGINS NOT AT THE MATURITY DATE, BUT WHEN A NOTICE OF DEFAULT IS FILED. JP MORGAN CHASE IS JUST AS GUILTY AS EVERYONE ELSE INVOLVED IN THIS CASE.
SHOULD THIS LAWSUIT CONTINUE, WE WILL ASK THE COURT TO SUMMON ALL PHONE RECORDS, TEXTS, AND EMAILS BETWEEN KAREL DEJONG AND ALLIANCE TITLE AND ESCROW EMPLOYEES ESPECIALLY  MR. SCOTT ROBERTS.
MR. ROBERTS UNLIKE A CORPORATE OFFICER IS NOT PROTECTED BY THE CORPORATE SHIELDS, THEREFORE, WE INTEND TO INCLUDE HIM IN THIS LAWSUIT AS A KEY WITNESS TO WHAT EXACTLY TRANSPIRED AND IF NEEDED HAVE HIM FACE CHARGES FOR MORTGAGE FRAUD AS WELL, HE FACILITATED THIS WHOLE THING FOR DEJONG AND SHOULD BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE FOR HIS ACTIONS. VERIZON WIRELESS HAS ALL THE RECORDS.
 
KAREL DEJONG OWNS A CORPORATION CALLED " DEJONG ENTERPRISES, INC " NOT GORGEOUS HOMES, INC, THEY HAVE ABSOLUTELY NOTHING TO BACK UP THAT CLAIM. WE HAVE ASKED FOR THE ARTICLES OF INCORPORATION FROM WHICHEVER STATE HE INCORPORATED GORGEOUS HOMES, INC TO NO AVAIL, BECAUSE THESE DOCUMENTS DO NOT EXIST.   THE TIMING IN WHICH GORGEOUS HOMES, INC AND THE DEED OF TRUST WERE FILED ARE A COUPLE OF WEEKS APART.  
KAREL DEJONG IS A HOOF TRIMMER WORKING FOR LARGE/ SMALL DAIRY FARMS PRIMARILY IN WENDELL, ID, WITH A DECLARED SALARY OF ABOUT $45,000 A YEAR. WE INTEND TO REQUEST RECORDS FROM ALL THESE DAIRY FARMS IN REGARDS AS TO WHAT HE IS ACTUALLY GETTING PAID. IN 2007, HE MADE A LOT LESS, HE WILL BE UNABLE TO PROVE HE PAID FOR ANYTHING REGARDING THIS HOUSE, HE ACTUALLY HATED IT, BECAUSE HE WAS AFRAID HIS CLIENTS WOULD BE UPSET ABOUT HIS LUXURIOUS LIFESTYLE WHILE MOST DAIRY FARMERS WERE STRUGGLING TO STAY AFLOAT, HE BRAGGED TO QUITE A FEW WORKERS ( WHICH WE WILL GET TESTIMONIES) HOW MUCH MONEY HE ACTUALLY EARNS.
CHASE CLAIMS DEJONG FILED A PROMISSORY NOTE AGAINST HIMSELF TO PROTECT HIMSELF FROM SOMETHING NOBODY HAS A CLUE ABOUT, FURTHERMORE THE HOUSE WAS UNDER A LIVING TRUST ( KAREL DEJONG LIVING TRUST ) IN 2018 THEY FILED A QUICK CLAIM DEED CHANGING THE NAME TO KAREL DEJONG IN ORDER TO DO THE REFINANCE.
CHASE HAS NO RIGHT TO SUE A CORPORATE OFFICER, ESPECIALLY WHEN THE CORPORATE SHIELD HAS NOT BEEN BROKEN.
ALL CHASE CLAIMS WILL BE REBUTTED, THEY KNOW, THE PARTIES TO BE SUED ARE ALLIANCE TITLE AND ESCROW AND KAREL DEJONG. IT IS MY UNDERSTANDING, ALLIANCE TITLE AND ESCROW ARE ULTIMATELY RESPONSIBLE FOR THIS MAJOR MISTAKE, BOTH CHASE, AND ALLIANCE TITLE AND ESCROW SHOULD HAVE REVISED THESE DOCUMENTS CAREFULLY BEFORE MOVING FORWARD AND NOT ALLOW THE TRANSACTION TO TAKE PLACE!! KAREL DEJONG IS A FARM WORKER, NONETHELESS HE WAS AWARE OF WHAT HE WAS DOING AND WE HAVE WITNESSES TO WHAT HE TOLD THEM ABOUT THIS TRANSACTION.
