New York City High Profile Interior Designer Mr. Javier Chacone was involved from the Concept right through Completion. From the Unique French Architecture to the Wrought iron Gates, Gorgeous Homes Inc was involved in paying for all the Upgrades and Unique Imported Materials which were used to build this Estate. The Landscape alone over $100k ALL THIS WAS PAID IN LIEU OF A DEED OF TRUST dated 8/20/2007 from Karel deJong ( Grantor ) to Gorgeous Homes Inc ( Beneficiary) in the amount of $ 975,000. KAREL DE JONG alongside with Alliance Title and Escrow managed to use a DBA filed in the State of Idaho to remove our Deed of Trust in order to Refinance the Property and get a second Personal Loan using the aforementioned Property as Collateral, this was finalized in March 2018. Since Documents were forged, This was a for Profit Mortgage Fraud, therefore Violating Article 6 of our Deed of Trust, which he signed and notarized, then attached to the Property Title. We are Foreclosing on the house to Recover our Investment. We are noticing a lot of web traffic from Boise and the Twin Falls areas to Gorgeous Homes, Inc and Flawless Interior Design which are Sister Companies.

WE WERE TOLD BY THIS BUYER, SID LEZAMIZ CALLED THEM BACK AND TOLD THEM, ALLIANCE TITLE AND ESCROW WAS GOING TO CLEAR THE TITLE, SOMETHING THEY JUST CAN'T DO. SINCE MORTGAGE FRAUD IS A FEDERAL OFFENSE AND GORGEOUS HOMES, INC IS A STATE OF DELAWARE CORPORATION WITHOUT ANY REGISTERED AGENTS IN THE STATE OF IDAHO, ( THE TRUSTEE HAS NO LEGAL RIGHT TO HANDLE ANY OF THIS LEGAL MATTERS )THIS WILL HAVE TO BE HANDLED BY A FEDERAL COURT. KAREL DE JONG MUST HAVE PROVEN TO ALLIANCE TITLE AND ESCROW BY ARTICLES OF INCORPORATION FROM THE STATE IN WHICH HE SUPPOSEDLY INCORPORATED GORGEOUS HOMES, INC THAT HE WAS IN FACT AN AUTHORIZED OFFICER TO CONDUCT BUSINESS ON BEHALF OF THE CORPORATION, SOMETHING HE DID NOT HAVE NOR HAS EVER HAD AND ALLIANCE'S EMPLOYEE SCOTT IGNORED THIS FACT AN SO DID CHASE BANK'S UNDERWRITTERS
ANY TITLE COMPANY OR AGENCY THAT FACILITATES ANY TRANSACTIONS ON THIS PROPERTY MUST BE AWARE, THEY WILL BE FACING A MAJOR LAWSUIT FOR NEGLIGENCE.
